Draft: Save pv tracks for Xicc->Xicpi line for multiplicity studies

This MR switches on PV track saving for the Xicc->Xicpi trigger line. The PV tracks are already save for other Xicc decays, but this one enables studies of the relative production of this decay as a function of multiplicity.
