Updates for light_reco configuration

This MR adds several updates to light_reco sequence

  • Provide Seed tracks that were not fitted for calo reconstruction. Not fitted Seed tracks also pass the clone killing.
  • Switch to fewer transport updates (MaxUpdateTransport=0)
  • Use parameterized scatters by default in light_reco
  • Preselection is switched off in the light_reco sequence by default
  • Remove word baseline from the names of light_reco and fast_reco opts/references
