Update HltEfficiencyChecker docs for MooreAnalysis!4

In MooreAnalysis!4 (merged) we make Allen the default HLT1 in HltEfficiencyChecker, therefore the HLT1 example and parts of the discussion should be updated to explain that.

Preview with Moore/run make -C Moore/doc html.

These are just documentation changes so will not have any affect on any tests. Requires MooreAnalysis!4 (merged) Allen!421 (merged) for the examples to work.
