Fix race condition between hlt1_reco_baseline_with_mcchecking tests

So far the tests hlt1_reco_baseline_with_mcchecking and hlt1_reco_baseline_with_mcchecking_FTv6 used the same histogram output file. This is now fixed by making the filename depend on the FT decoding version.
