Add the B2CC HTL2 Bs->Jpsi(µµ)Phi, Bs->Jpsi(ee)Phi and Bs->Jpsi(ee)Kstar prompt and detached lines
The selections might need further optimization, but we would like to merge this first as an example and basic files for B2CC HLT2 implementation
