This MR changes the make_boole_links() function to be more explicit about the type of linker tables, as there are linker tables between Digits and MCParticles and MCHits.

In addition, it adds a use case for the MCHit linking. This requires the changes from Rec!2288 (merged) and Lbcom!469 (merged).
