IdealStateCreator should use best extrapolation possible for MC-Checking
The IdealStateCreator now uses the TrackMasterExtrapolator which correctly accounts for energy loss and multiple scattering.
Especially important because the IdealStateCreator provides the mc-truth for the TrackResChecker
The TrackDistanceSelector is configured to such that the extrapolation is always performed by the RungeKuttaExtrapolator
