B+/Bc+ -> psi(')h+ exclusive lines and combiners for the B&Q
Added the B+->J/psi pi+, psi(2S)K+, psi(2S)pi+ and Bc+->psi(2S)pi+ exclusive lines.
The B2JpsiK module has been moved to the onia folder and integrated with new modules implementing the b_hadron combiners.
The Bc+->J/psi pi+ line has been tuned using loose lifetime cuts.
The hlt2_onia_test module has been polished.
