Added new rare charm Hlt2 lines
New signal and control Hlt2 lines have been added to rare_charm_lines, comprising additional two, three and four body lines. Also lines with neutrals (pi0, Ks) have been added. New and modified combiners of composite objects can be found in rare_charm_makers. In addition, references to documents useful for a future tuning of the lines have been added as comments in rare_charm_makers. Naming conventions of the individual lines have been aligned.
