Strange hadrons monitoring

Setting up some simple HLT2 lines for Lambdas and Ks0 for monitoring purposes in MONET and/or the LHCbPr Dashboards. There are four lines added for downstream and long track configurations. The goal is to run some mechanical tests with these in the FEST campaigns for now, but they could be used as dedicated standalone monitoring lines with a strong prescale or derived from similar physics lines.
