Adds PrHits Monitors (PrVPHitsMonitor, PrUTHitsMonitor, PrFTHitsMonitor) to mc_checking.py and the hlt2_standalone_with_mcchecking sequence.
Fixes the option files for the PrHits Monitors qmtest.
