Update of Calo Cluster Efficiency algorithm

Update the call of the function CaloClusterEfficiency with two new arguments:

  • inputRelationsDigit: MC to Digits table
  • caloDigits: ECAL Digits

This MR goes together with lhcb/Lbcom!573 and LHCb!3245 (merged) and is ready to be tested.
