Update hlt2_analysis.rst

Update Tupling instructions since !906 (merged).

• Use HltDecReportsDecoder to allow Trigger tuple tools
• Use new tck configuration created with dump_hlt2_configuration helper
• Use IOExtension so that MDF output files can be read as well as DSTs
