Small change to hlt2_reco_baseline_with_mcchecking_no_gec.py

I'm changing a few lines in the hlt2_reco_baseline_with_mcchecking_no_gec.py options file so we can more easily change the number of events and the name of the output file and include tests without GECs on the dashboard, see https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-rta/data-challenges/-/issues/17.

The changes make the options will more similar to hlt2_reco_baseline_with_mcchecking.py. It will change the outcome of hlt2_reco_baseline_with_mcchecking_no_gec.qmt, which will now run over 100 events, as specified in default_input_and_conds_hlt2.py.
