Add pass through options in Sprucing

  • Add a pass_through option in Sprucing lines
  • Disable bankkiller if pass_through == True
  • Update option file for pass through line tests、

Things to be done

  • Resolve 2 output locations related to MC info ['/Event/Spruce/pSim/MCParticles', '/Event/Spruce/pSim/MCVertices']
  • Add unit tests for pass through line
