Added custom denominators for hlt_line_efficiencies

Added an option for custom denominators in the hlt_line_efficiencies.py script. This is useful if for example you have chained Hlt1 and Hlt2 together and want to know the Hlt2 efficiency with respect to some Hlt1 decision
