New persistency model related changes

Merged Sevda Esen requested to merge sevda-packers2 into master

The new persistency configuration LHCb!3268 (merged) and Moore!1085 (merged) requires changes how we pack and unpack data. This MR ports the changes to MooreAnalysis.
