EOR Savesets not produced in Allen monitoring

EOR Saveset from Allen monitoring task missing for some runs, despite intermediate Savesets existing.

Unclear exactly when this is the case. Working theory had been that this is the case for short runs.

Seen for runs taken in OFFLINE on 11.04.24.
