Testbench improvements and WIP alignment scenario

• Fix dependency on Alignment in dd4hep case
• testbench:
  • logging in threads and auto port for DIM DNS
  • introduce scenarios
  • fix diagnostics
  • fix async_input?
  • disable job logs to console by default
  • add --output-level option
  • unset LD_PRELOAD to avoid it getting to e.g. bash
• Add alignment scenario and adapt options (WIP)
