Configuration of AllenOnline from TCK

The production HLT1 application can be configured from TCK. The OnlineEnv.InitialTCK property should be set to an the integer value that corresponds to the TCK. A TCK is a 32-bit hex number with the most-significant byte set to 0x, e.g. 0x10000001.

TODO:

  • Add a test that runs the HLT1 throughput with a configuration from TCK
  • Set the default TCK repository to its production location (which is yet to be defined)
