Fix throughput measurement for HLT1 throughput

Roel Aaij requested to merge ra-hlt1-throughput-test into 2024-patches

The HLT1 throughput is reported as too high in the first measurements, because memory buffers are being filled. Disregard the first 2 measurements when calculating the average throughput.
