Fix test_lumi.qmt test

An unstable behaviour was observed in this test that made it difficult to test whether changes to how Lumi counters are calculated were fine or not. This test now, instead of printing the values of those counters once every n events, sums the value of counters across all events and prints the final results. This global sums are the new reference for this test. This reference file is updated too in this MR.
