Re-enable initialisation of UT in MooreOnline

Laurent Dufour requested to merge ld-initialise-ut into 2024-patches

This change would enable the initialization of the UT for dd4hep. Previously this was needed as a way to circumvent geometry errors, but it should not be needed any longer.

Note that this does not imply that the reconstruction uses the UT. It's just that the detector conditions are now actually loaded and algorithms related to the UT do not crash.
