Increase MBM_numConnections to 20

• MBM_numConnections increase to 20 to optimize throughput of the new HLT5 nodes. Memory tested for old 30 GB memory nodes can the memory is stable at 20/30 GB.
• Cleanup unused VDM test files
• Correctly determine number of threads when binding numa
• Align HLT2 testbench to production configuration (reader config is still different)
