Extend setupTask.sh with support for running task interactively in an xterm through gdb

Developed to help investigate LHCb#370 (closed)

If the user sets the environment variable INTERACTIVE_GDB_IN_XTERM then the task spawned by setupTask.sh will be started running through an interactive gdb session inside a newly spawned xterm.

Hi @jonrob! At a glance there is no existing unit test that would test this flag, however the change is debug-only I think we can continue the merging process @cagapopo
