Draft: QMT to Pytest migration in MooreOnline

Ports the tests in MooreOnline from QMTest to Pytest.

Requires Moore!4530 and Rec!4283. Should be updated with Allen!1905 (merged) and LHCb!5004 (merged) features when the MR are merged.

To-do:

  • Convert new tests in MooreScripts
  • Update AllenOnline tests after Allen pytest conversion (Allen!1905 (merged))
  • Update tests running in the Online testbench to print stdout (MooreScripts)
  • Update tests for new test_count_messages in LHCb!5004 (merged)
