Draft: FTMon archiving (2024-patches)

This MR updates the SciFi cluster monitoring option file ft.py (used in FTMon) to the version used in the final days of 2024 data taking. It targets 2024-patches retro-actively, as this is where anyone looking for code used in 2024 would check first.

The also is a corresponding MR targeting master (!555) with additional changes and improvements only added after the end of data taking.

The changes in this MR include:

  • ion run specific monitor settings
  • switching from/to ion settings based on trigger line
  • dedicated smog and cluster size monitoring
  • more printouts for better debugging

The corresponding updates to the monitoring algorithms can be found in Rec!4369.
