Changes to HltMonitoring

Changes to Hlt/HltMonitoring for upgraded (HLT2) monitoring infrastructure:

  • Follow changes in Online/ZeroMQ
  • Improve reliability of communication with adder jobs
  • Improve format of monitoring messages to be more forward compatible.
  • Include ZmqHistogramSvc that allows all 1D and 2D booked histograms to be sent out.

This merge request includes versions GaudiCommonSvc and GaudiHive that have changes to allow inheritance from the HistogramDataSvc. It also includes ZeroMQ and Hlt2Monitoring from Online (LHCb-SVN-mirrors/Online@f497befd)
