For now remove Alignment dep when building for dd4hep

Christopher Rob Jones requested to merge remove-alignment-dep-for-dd4hep into master

Alignment build needs to be fixed with dd4hep before re-enabling the dep. Allows downstream projects (like Panoptes) that uses MooreOnline but does not need the Alignment dependency to be tested in the meantime.
