Adding missing packages from LHCb

With getpack the packages were imported automatically from LHCb.

With Git we need local copies that I imported with the git lb-use/checkout commands.

How do we keep these in sync with LHCb?

basically by hand... that's what happened in SVN too (via editing OnlineSys/cmt/requirements).

With Git it will be enough to

git lb-use LHCb
git lb-checkout LHCb/vXrY package

(I'll need to enhance the checkout in the nightlies to use head instead of tags when needed)
