Production version of HLT2 monitoring and analysis
Rather rediculous number of commits... Apologies.
Major changes to the top level adder.
- SaverSvc now receives, converts and saves
- RootPublishSvc removed
- Common code factorized into the linker library
Node and subfarm adder more or less remain the same (mostly tuning queue sizes).
Synchronisation improved to have amount of data to sync independent of history.
Analysis tasks moved to the new MonitoringOnline project.
Updates for the switch to the latest LCG stack (ROOT version)
