EB namespace refactoring

Flavio Pisani requested to merge EB_namespace_refactor into master

The namespaces in the EventBuilding component have been refactored. All the elements in the Event Building part are in the EB namespace. All the elements in the IB verbs library are in the IB_verbs namespace.

Other fixed a memory leak in the MFP_generator
