Multiple major changes to the EB:
- All the fixes done during the commissioning
- Refactoring of the MEP and MFP dumps to files more info
- New multi-threaded IB connection server
- Experimental support for SHaRP
- New standalone tools for MFP and MEP decoding (MFP_decoder MEP_decoder MEP_analizer MEP_to_csv)
- New support via DIM for idling input sources
- New watchdog in the start method of the RU/BU, this prevents the EB to get stuck at start in case of an unexpected error occurs in a different process
