[EB] new version of the EB

Multiple major changes to the EB:

  • All the fixes done during the commissioning
  • Refactoring of the MEP and MFP dumps to files more info
  • New multi-threaded IB connection server
  • Experimental support for SHaRP
  • New standalone tools for MFP and MEP decoding (MFP_decoder MEP_decoder MEP_analizer MEP_to_csv)
  • New support via DIM for idling input sources
  • New watchdog in the start method of the RU/BU, this prevents the EB to get stuck at start in case of an unexpected error occurs in a different process
