Misc calib updates

Christopher Rob Jones requested to merge jonrob/Panoptes:misc-calib-updates into master

Updates the DB tag for 2022 data to include schema change for LHCb tel40 condition, needed for LHCb!4014 (merged) and Detector!352 (merged).

In principle could be merged before those MRs, but would make more sense to test and merge at the same time.
