Add routing bits to HitMaps and histograms to LumiMonitor

This adds routing bits filter for Physics and SMOG to HitMaps algorithm. The HitMaps without routing bits filter is kept. This adds also histograms for nHits with BeamGas and EmptyEmpty in LumiMonitor.
