• "Tagged" as v4r0 (internally, since only Panoptes gets a tag now).
• Set autoUpdate (mirror alignment automatic decision) to True in the Configuration for both RICH1 and RICH2.
• Update alerts for Data Manager to be compatible with other tracking system alignments' alerts.
• Changed messageServiceName to be the same as for the tracker system alignments.
• Send an email to Mirror Aligners if the STOP command is received by the Iterator.
• Change a lack of final output directory from a WARNING to an ERROR (but this ERROR is not sent to the Data Manager).
• Change the WARNING about lack of processed events to an INFO message, but only for the Data Manager alerts.
• Remove Cherenkov angle resolution plots from AlignMonitor.pdf, since the Data Manager does not need to look at them.
• Changed nominalResolutionSigma for RICH1 to better reflect what is being observed from RICH1 with the current set of MDCS corrections.
• Increased requiredEvents (required number of processed events) slightly in the Configuration for both RICH1 and RICH2.
• Added 2016_AutomaticDecisionConfig.txt and 2016_PreAutomaticDecisionConfig.txt to SavedConfigurations
• Now we only send a message and (when needed) AlignMonitor.pdf to the Alignment Monitoring ELOG if the initial autoUpdate is True.
