  • "Tagged" as v4r1p2 (internally, since only Panoptes gets a tag now).
  • Created an alignment update and polarity trend file in /group/rich/AlignmentFiles/Logging/Rich{1,2}_UpdateTrend.txt. We automatically add to this every time we perform an alignment. We back-propagated information from some of the 2017 alignments into these text files.
