Fix Panoramix SEGFAULT and correct Converters declaration

This compiles against osc_vis 17.0.2 compiled with Qt5, and forces expat and fontconfig out of the LD_LIBRARY_PATH (they trigger a segfault otherwise). Fixes LBCORE-1834 Fixes LBCORE-1835
