Revert !56.

Alex Pearce requested to merge apearce-remove-combinepartices-particlestosave into 2017-patches

The implementation from !56 (merged) was not actually saving the selected particles in TES. The same (desired) behaviour can be implemented using a combination of CombineParticles and FilterDecays anyway.

Also see LHCBPS-1644 for some discussion.

This isn't a critical fix in any way, so maybe it's better to target master?
