Endreq to endmsg

The next Gaudi will depreciate endreq. Should use endmsg instead. This patch does a bulk search replace on all renaming ones.

As a side product the script I used removed the execute flag from a number of source code files. These files shouldn't be executable anyway, so seems reasonable...
