commit corrected version of TaggerSSKaon_dev_Tool.cpp

Hi @vibattis , @kheinick & @sakar Commit the correct TaggerSSKaon_dev_Tool.cpp tool. When comparing it seems that there is another difference that I missed in my commit: b4b0b9be, where a flip of the sign of the decision was inforced on event with my_ss_k_eta>=0.5 which created the asymmetry we saw earlier in Vincenzo' Tuple. I also changed the convention varible names form my_os_k_eta to what it should be my_ss_k_eta. @vibattis can you please merge and re-try ?
