FT Adjustments for nightly tests

A TestTuning is added specifically for nightly tests. At the moment this tuning reuses all previous tested algorithms.

Ping @erodrigu, @sakar, @mschille. This MR needs to be combined with Analysis!338 (merged) (BTaggingChecker) and DaVinci!205 (merged) (qmtest reference).
