This uses the latest, bug-free versions of the OS Taggers by default and is intended for S34 and beyond.

If using TupleToolTagging, all Run 1 Taggers will still be available in their corresponding {OS,SS}{Tagger} branch. The Run 2 taggers (if available) will include the branch ending Latest.
