Provide FlavourTagging TestTuning and resolve additionalInfo warning for 2017-patches
This is a cherry-pick of MRs !338 (merged) and !356 (merged). This needs to be combined with Analysis!379 (merged) and DaVinci!234 (merged).
Apart from the fixed FT nightly tests, this should fix some errors from BTaggingTool that have already been fixed on the 2018-patches and run2-patches branches.
