Some enhancements for Selections

• add "prescale" argument for AutomaticData
• modest standartization of selection names. Names are easier, shorter and more transparent
• improve vizualization of selections

this MR is prepared for 2018-patches branch, it will be nice to propagate it also to run2-patches and master branches
