Broaden the mass window of the StandardLambdastar

Vitalii Lisovskyi requested to merge vlisovsk-5600-Lst into 2018-patches

Broaden the mass window of the StandardLambdastar up to the Lambda_b mass. (The same will be done in the Bu2LLK stripping line using this container). This is to access the full spectrum of (Lambdastar->pK) in the Lambda_b -> Lambdastar e+e- decay.
