Add new RelInfo keys for RelInfoTrackIsolationBDT2 tool

Maik Becker requested to merge mbecker-S21rXp2-RelInfoTrackIsolationBDT2 into stripping21-patches

Fifteen keys are added to the end of RelatedInfoNamed.h for the tool RelInfoTrackIsolationBDT2 (just like in !482 (merged) for the 2018 re-stripping)
