Change output property of FunctionalParticleMaker

Change output property from OutputParticles to Particles to make DVCommonBase happy. This is needed due to naming conventions in DVCommonbase and new framework. The new framework creates output locations according the name of the property. DVCommonBase expects particles in a location which ends with \Particles. This way we make both of them happy.
