Explicitly initialize AuxFunBase

This follows up on LHCb!206 (merged), after which in order to generate the sources for a functor cache, one has to explicitly initialize AuxFunBase with std::tie() for functors that take no arguments in the constructor.

The change here is the mininum required to build a functor cache with the hlt2_all_lines settings of Moore as of now. There are certainly more issues of this type that need to be fixed.
