@dohanlon @vchobano @bkhanji @mfuehrin @mschille This MR adds the first version of the inclusive tagger into Phys/run2-patches. The related MR to LHCb Paramfiles is lhcb-datapkg/ParamFiles!31 (merged). Another dependency is LHCb!2919 (merged) which assigns this tuple tool an individual name
